Buffalo Grove, Illinois, United States: Greg Heisler has been named as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Profile Products.

As COO, Heisler will be responsible for all manufacturing operations and related functions within Profile, including quality management, planning, supply chain monitoring and the safety and health of manufacturing employees.

“Greg’s focus on continuous improvement and his entrepreneurial spirit allows him to lead employees while creating safe, efficient manufacturing operations,” said Shane Porzio, President of Profile, a Full Business Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.

“His wealth of skill and knowledge will position the company for profitable growth and ensures we are putting high-quality product on the shelves for our customers,” added Porzio.

Before joining Profile, Heisler was the COO of Aalberts IPS Americas. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles for well-known multi-nationals such as Jeld-Wen, Siemens and Linde.

Other recent hires at Profile Products are Justin Olmstead as Market Development Manager – Golf, and Colin Ewart as Key Accounts Manager.

“We are excited to have Justin join the Profile team,” said John Maeder, Profile’s Global Director of Golf.

“He brings over 20 years of experience and relationships in the golf industry. He will be working with the other members of our Profile Golf team to create growth and awareness of how our products can bring a new level of performance and sustainability to professional turf managers,” added Maeder.

Olmstead got his start at Michigan State University where he pursued a bachelor’s degree in crop and soil sciences. He began his career as an assistant superintendent at Milwaukee Country Club and later a superintendent at Glen Flora Country Club.

In recent years, Olmstead moved to sales and service as the Turf Product Manager at Precision Laboratories and Turf Specialist with Conserv FS. 

“I’m excited to learn and grow in this new role with Profile Products,” Olmstead said.

Ewart, meanwhile, will be responsible for growing strategic relationships with key distribution partners, large scale end users and key influencers in the Western United States.

Before joining Profile, Ewart was a commercial sales director at Filtrexx International and District Sales Manager at Ecolab.
