Bridgedown Group Appoints Performance54 as Sales and Marketing Agency

logoLondon, England: Bridgedown Group, owners of an unmatched collection of golf venues in London, has appointed Performance54 as its sales and marketing agency.
The partnership will allow the Menai-Davis family, owners and operators of the group, to engage a greater number of golfers with the offerings of its growing golf portfolio through the creativity, expertise and results-driven focus of Performance54, a Full Business Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.
The family are the owners of existing destinations, The Shire London and West London Golf Centre, as well as two projects currently under development, West London Links and The Dye London.
West London Golf Centre is a unique venue in the capital, with a complete offering that includes a nine-hole par-three course, a state-of-the-art floodlit driving range, expansive American Golf store, a soft play centre and Lost Jungle – Europe’s largest Adventure Golf.
Designed by golf’s most enigmatic figure, The Shire London is Seve Ballesteros’ first and only United Kingdom design. His flair and charisma inspired the development of the course and has nurtured the ownership group’s ambition to position The Shire London as one of the capital’s finest golf addresses. As part of Performance54’s work with The Shire London, its invaluable and unique association to the Spanish legend and its unrivalled golf experience will continue to take centre-stage.
The family’s London-based golf offerings will shortly be joined by two highly-anticipated venues, firstly with the opening of West London Links, directly opposite the popular West London Golf Centre. The project has utilised the guidance from the famous Dye golf course design dynasty, who were swift to recognise the potential and prospect of partnering with this unique property.
The West London Links project is expected for completion in 2020, ahead of the future launch of sister course, The Dye London. Located in a rare area of undeveloped land in North London with stunning views of city’s iconic skyline, The Dye London has been designed with the intention of thrilling golfers of all abilities.

“We are delighted to be working with Performance54, who will help us to showcase and promote our golfing venues at a very exciting time for the family and for London’s golfers,” said Tony Menai-Davis. “In addition to significant enhancements of The Shire London and West London Golf Centre, our golf course launches represent one of the most positive things to happen for UK golf in recent years and we look forward to telling that story in conjunction with Performance54.”
Jed Moore, Managing Director of Performance54, said: “We are hugely excited to be working with the Menai-Davis family and of the prospect of establishing a comprehensive sales and marketing programme to promote its venues and elevate their perception amongst trade members and consumers. By building a unique narrative around the group’s investment, quality, partners and proximity to London, we believe Performance54 can play a crucial role in realising the potential of the group’s assets.”
