Greg Hunter [Hunter Industries], Jim Letourneau [Foley United], Steven Nixon [Bernhard and Company], Bryan Stromme [Rain Bird Golf] and Bruce Williams [Brandt Consolidated] are among the high-profile speakers at the gathering that is an integral part of the Golf Industry Show.
The four-day conference covers all aspects of golf course management, including agronomics, environmental management, communications, leadership and business management.
Furthermore, led by the industry’s most renowned researchers, industry experts and superintendents, GCSAA seminars are aimed at helping attendees achieve their career goals as they learn techniques, strategies and solutions they can apply immediately at their facilities.
Eric Lynge, the AGIF’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “It’s a good reflection on the Federation that there is such a strong presence of our member companies at what is the largest education event in the industry.”
Among the prime topics on today’s agenda is Learning Tour:  Irrigation Deep Dive – The Latest Trends, Solutions and Technologies, presented by Hunter Industries, a Full Business Member of the AGIF.
A global leader in irrigation technology, Hunter’s US headquarters is located in San Marcos, just northwest of San Diego. The eight-hour educational field trip will blend in-class and in-the-field learning. Fittingly, Greg Hunter, President of Hunter Industries, is among the hosts and instructors.
