London, England: In his new role as Campey Turf Care Ambassador, Ian ‘Poggy’ Pogson will deliver a talk at next month’s BIGGA Turf Management Exhibition (BTME).
Pogson’s presentation at the gathering in Harrogate, Yorkshire will highlight the most effective techniques for aeration, seeding and decompaction.
The seminar will take place on January 19 at 10:50 am and will draw upon Pogson’s vast experience within the sports turf industry.
He will delve into the recent advances that have been made in aeration, seeding and decompaction techniques and compare those with traditional methods.
The seminar will focus on the latest generation of tools and equipment, illustrating the advantages and benefits, whilst addressing the question as to whether a change in approach is needed to improve sustainability.
During the BTME, Campey Turf Care Systems, a Full Business Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation, will be exhibiting many of the machines used to achieve the results as described by Pogson in his talk.
