The Asian Golf Industry Federation is pleased to announce the formalisation of a reciprocal partnership with the Golf Course Builders Association of America (“GCBAA”). Says Tim Trinka, president of the AGIF, “We are very pleased to enter into a reciprocal partnership with the GCBAA which has a rich history of more than 40 years. On behalf of the AGIF, I welcome GCBAA on board and I look forward to sharing the expertise of both organisations for the mutual benefit of our respective members.”

The GCBAA is a non-profit trade association of the world’s foremost golf course builders and leading suppliers to the golf course construction industry. It was founded in the early 1070s and its members represent all segments of the golf course construction industry.
It is the only organization in the world organized by and for golf course builders, and the only organization that represents the interests of the golf course construction industry. The Association also endeavours to provide comprehensive programs and services to construction contractors and specialists in regard to the changing regulations and technology of golf course construction.
