Additional delegates from the same golf course are very welcome at the registration fee of US$35 per person which covers entry to the conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch and post-game networking cocktails and an official AGIF Certificate of Attendance.

Conference delegates are entitled to an exclusive preferential room rate of VND 1,750,000 per room, per night—representing a 50% discount off the standard room rate—for stays during the official conference period (Check -in 14th & Check-out 16th September). Each room can accommodate a maximum of two guests, and all reservations are subject to availability .

The exclusive conference rate is valid only during the designated conference stay period. For all other dates, the standard room rate of VND 3,500,000 per room, per night will apply.
