Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Paul Booth, a stalwart in golf club management in Asia and the Middle East over the past two decades, has been appointed Group General Manager at Green Valley Holdings.
A results-driven leader, Booth brings more than 25 years of international experience managing high-end, integrated properties across global markets. His expertise spans luxury hospitality, world-class golf, and real estate, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and community integration.
Prior to joining Green Valley Holdings, Booth held senior leadership roles with Troon International, including overseeing the Els Club Malaysia portfolio and leading operations at Saadiyat Beach and Abu Dhabi Golf Clubs. Most recently, he was General Manager at Al Hamra Golf Club in the United Arab Emirates.
In his past positions he played a key role in delivering major events such as the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship and the Bonallack Trophy and Patsy Hankins Trophy. The Bonallack Trophy (men) and Patsy Hankins Trophy (women) are Ryder Cup-style team match play championships between elite amateurs from the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation and European Golf Association.
In his new role, Booth will focus on strengthening partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and empowering Green Valley Holdings teams to deliver excellence, working closely with Chief Executive Officer Nathan Williamson.
“I am delighted to take on this role and look forward to working closely with the team to build on our strong foundations and drive future growth,” said Booth.
The aim of Green Valley Holdings is to create an environmentally friendly end-to-end solution for its customers from the construction of sporting venues, supply of machinery and vehicles, landscape maintenance, and providing sports education.
“With the infrastructure we have, we believe we can continue to be a leading organisation for many years to come, creating opportunities and making partners along the way,” said a statement from the company.
