Networking Under the Frisco Stars

PGA BuyingSummitFrisco1

Frisco, Texas, United States: Exciting night-time golf and special events will cap busy days of sold-out ballroom exhibits and best-in-class education programmes during the 2024 PGA Buying Summit.

The Industry Welcome Reception, Fashion Show, Summer Shootout and the new Summer Jam Golf Festival during event nights will drive additional networking opportunities among golf industry professionals across the impressive PGA Frisco campus from July 29-31.

Open ballroom exhibits by more than 150 brands, private ONE2ONE buying appointments, and 23 national-level education sessions will fill the schedule by day.

Night-time events begin with the Industry Welcome Reception on July 29 at the resort’s Panther Creek Pavilion. Complimentary drinks and light appetisers will be served in the resort’s flagship special events centre, featuring modern farmhouse design and flooded with natural light from walls of windows that look out on the expansive Fields Ranch East Course.

During the reception, event guests will preview Spring 2025 fashion collections during a live Fashion Show, when emerging and top designers showcase the newest trends in a high-energy runway show.

Following the reception, the action moves outdoors to the Monument Realty PGA District for After-Hours Industry Networking across golf entertainment, dining and retail spaces, and the new Summer Shootout taking place at The Swing, a floodlit 10-hole short course in the heart of the PGA District.

Exhibitors and attendees will play in teams during two shotgun starts (7 pm and 8:45 pm), competing in a fun best-ball format with prizes awarded for the top three overall team scores, plus closest-to-the-pin and hole-in-one contests.

Day time business events on July 30 conclude with the Summer Jam Golf Festival in the Monument Realty PGA District. Live music, golf entertainment, games and contests, vendor table-top displays, and complimentary barbeque and drinks will create a celebratory atmosphere to unwind and connect with peers after a productive day of business.

Attendees will experience multiple destinations in the PGA District during the Summer Jam including The Swing; The Dance Floor, a floodlit two-acre putting course; the PGA of America Coaching Centre Powered by T-Mobile, as well as dining and retail destinations.

The Summit concludes on July 31 with open ballroom exhibits from 8 am to 2 pm. Attendees may register for complimentary airport shuttle service that afternoon from the resort to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

The PGA Buying Summit, open exclusively to PGA of America Golf Professionals and golf industry personnel, is not open to the public. Event details and registration can be found at PGABuyingSummit.com.
