Scottsdale, Arizona, United States: Veteran sports marketing executive Ryan Pensy has been named Vice President, Strategic Partnerships for the Troon Partners Network.
Pensy will oversee a team of executives who develop and activate marketing programmes that connect both endemic and non-endemic companies/brands with the ‘World of Troon’, which encompasses more than 15 million rounds of golf played annually on Troon-managed and affiliated courses worldwide, and offers first-class lifestyle and hospitality experiences.

Pensy has extensive experience in sports marketing and sponsorship, having served most recently as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at PointsBet USA, where he secured multi-million dollar partnerships that contributed to the overall growth of the company.
He brings a wealth of sports marketing expertise and established client relationships across media, team sports and leagues, technology, talent, and gaming industries from his time spent at PointsBet USA, CBS Sports Digital, and Silver Chalice Ventures/SportsLab.
Under Pensy’s leadership, the Troon Partners Network will offer partners a wealth of media assets, multi-platform promotional vehicles, and a line-up of programmes and special events, while providing custom marketing solutions and world-class playing and spectator experiences.
The Troon Partners Network is focused on connecting companies of all sizes and across various business sectors with Troon’s golf and leisure assets.

Meanwhile, Troon Partners Network has also elevated Troon executive Sabrina Hale to Account Manager where she will work closely with Pensy to manage partner accounts and related programming.
Hale, a graduate of Texas Christian University, began her career at Troon as an intern with Troon Privé in 2019. Now, having elevated to the role of Account Manager, she serves as the lead executive in managing client activations and developing custom programmes that connect with golfers and golf experiences throughout the company’s portfolio.
