Toronto, Ontario, Canada: GGA Partners, a private club consulting firm, and the Club Management Association of America have unveiled their latest research offering an in-depth look into the state of private clubs across the United States.
A Club Leader’s Perspective: Emerging Trends & Opportunities for 2023 found that despite challenges, club leaders are optimistic about the future of the industry, with continued growth in membership demand and increased utilisation rates.
However, leaders are also mindful of potential challenges ahead, including human resource difficulties and the impact of high inflation on expense budgets.

The annual survey, which was conducted in December 2022 through January 2023, involved over 200 club leaders, most of whom serve as General Managers, COOs, and CEOs.
