Ultimate Abu Dhabi Golf Experience Returns for 2021

Yas Links
Yas Links Abu Dhabi is one of three venues to be used for next year’s Troon Abu Dhabi Pro-Am.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Following the success of previous years, the fourth edition of the Troon Abu Dhabi Pro-Am is set to take place from February 1-4, 2021.

The 54-hole tournament is staged across Abu Dhabi Golf Club, home of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship presented by EGA, Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, a Gary Player-designed masterpiece, and Yas Links Abu Dhabi, a top-50 in the world traditional links designed by Kyle Phillips.

The 2020 tournament saw the largest field yet, with 25 teams competing alongside a strong line-up of professionals that consisted of former European Tour winners, current Ladies European Tour players and MENA Tour golfers. It proved a thrilling finale with the contest going to the final hole and concluded with English professional Robbie Busher rallying from a four-shot deficit on the final day to secure the victory. Alongside the three day, 54-hole tournament golfers will enjoy luxurious accommodation at five-star venue The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa, the Middle East’s ‘Best International Golf Resort’ (Golf Digest 2018), a Go Karting experience at the famous Yas Marina circuit, and other world-class hospitality and exquisite culinary during the welcome reception, lunches and gala dinner.

Francisco De Lancastre David, Cluster General Manager of Abu Dhabi Golf Club, Saadiyat Beach Golf Club and Yas Links Abu Dhabi, said: “We’re eagerly anticipating the fourth edition of the Abu Dhabi Pro-Am here at the clubs. Over the past few years, the tournament has gone from strength to strength.

Troon Abu Dhabi

“Last year’s addition of Yas Links Abu Dhabi to the line-up added so much value and diversity to the courses. From start to finish, our golfers will experience the world-class golf and hospitality that Abu Dhabi has to offer.”
