Singapore: Asian Golf Industry Federation (AGIF) Board Member Andy Johnston will feature in the latest LinksAsia webinar.
Johnston, General Manager and Director of Agronomy at Singapore’s Sentosa Golf Club, is among the panellists that will discuss the importance of using Social Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Social KPIs: The Engines of Loyalty in Club Management is the title of the topic for the webinar which will commence at 10.30 am on Tuesday (July 7).
“Clubs are about relationships and community and the emotional bonds that cement members to members, members to staff, staff to staff and people to place. Join the panel as we discuss the importance of using Social KPI’s to measure success,” said a spokesperson for LinksAsia, an Associate Business Member of the AGIF.
Joining Johnston on the panel will be Gregg Patterson, Founder, Tribal Magic!, and James Prusa, Director, Golf Courses & Laboratory at Korea’s Sky 72. The session is being moderated by Kate Burton.
Johnston follows Karen Proctor (Regional Sales Director, APAC – Textron Specialized Vehicles) as the second AGIF Board Member to participate in the LinksAsia series. AGIF Chief Executive Officer Eric Lynge was a panellist on the first webinar.
