Singapore: Sentosa Golf Club was the venue for the launch of the new TaylorMade M5 and M6 drivers, the fourth generation of its high-performance line of M-Series metal woods.
The Series includes drivers, fairway woods and rescues which were launched by TaylorMade’s Singapore and Malaysia distributor, MST Golf to coincide with the SMBC Singapore Open.
“We are very excited about the M5 and M6 drivers and have received tremendous response from our preview events,” said Ng Yap, Chief Executive Officer of MST Golf.
“We look forward to working closely with all our retail partners to deliver the TaylorMade experience and meet consumers’ expectation with the new M-Series clubs,” added Ng.
A full team of TaylorMade management was present to support the launch, including the conducting of product presentations.
Sinthusand Urupong, Head of TaylorMade Southeast Asia, said: “We are very pleased with the progress of MST Golf as our strategic partner, and I would like to thank the local TaylorMade team under MST Golf for organising this important launch event to kick-start our 2019 season.”
Referring to TaylorMade’s new tagline, he added: “Our new M5 and M6 drivers are the fastest drives on the market, and therefore we say ‘Everybody Gets Faster’.”
TaylorMade’s launch event will continue over the weekend at Sentosa Golf Club, a Golf Course Facility Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.
