St Andrews, Scotland: Nike Golf athletes will debut versatile fabrics with hidden innovation at this week’s Open Championship.
New Nike Golf apparel juxtaposes tradition and innovation at The Open Championship, the third Major championship this year and the oldest major championship in professional golf.
The new apparel, which will debut on Tiger Woods and eight Nike Golf athletes at the iconic Old Course, features pioneering Dri-FIT cotton imbued with stretch, breathability and concealed technology that adapts to both on- and off-course wear.
Woods’ polos will introduce a classic design and natural feel, enhanced with hidden closed-hole mesh panels for breathability and mobility, and reflective taping on the shoulders and back.
The additional eight Nike Golf athletes — Paul Casey, David Duval, Tommy Fleetwood, Ross Fisher, Russell Henley, Francesco Molinari, Charl Schwartzel and Romain Wattel — will also debut innovative Nike Golf designs.
Nike Golf is a Full Business Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.
