New Colt Mackenzie McNair Website Goes Live

London, England: Colt Mackenzie McNair (CMM), the specialist executive search firm offering recruitment solutions to the global golf industry, has launched a new corporate website – www.coltmm.com – that showcases job opportunities in golf, and acts as a learning and education platform for senior managers.
CMM-Home-PageSince the company was established in 2006, CMM has become the global market leader for executive search in the golf industry, underpinned by its reputation for delivering professional recruitment services to a host of clubs, resorts, organisations, golf businesses and brands.
Current and past clients include Trump International Golf Links, Scotland; Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai; Starwood Hotels & Resorts, England Golf, KPMG Golf Advisory Practice, IMG, Mytime Active and Hydroturf International.
A Charter Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation (AGIF), CMM is involved in the Federation’s search for a Chief Executive Officer.
As the demand for its services has increased, CMM has expanded beyond its headquarters in Berkshire, opening offices in Dubai, Hong Kong and, more recently, Edinburgh.
The need for a fully interactive 24/7 web-based portal for potential and existing clients and candidates has also become a necessity.
Richard Wood, Director of Colt Mackenzie McNair, said: “Our old website served us well as a ‘shop-window’ for CMM, but our new site offers greater functionality, bringing together many elements of our UK and international work – vacancies, management advice and social networking – which can now be immediately accessed from one point.
“Giving jobseekers an opportunity to see current vacancies in golf is always key, but the new site also allows business professionals, who may already be in employment, to confidentially share their current CV directly with our consultants, who are constantly working on assignments which are never made public.”
Another new feature of the CMM website is the ‘Insights’ section, a bank of free editorial content, written by CMM senior executives, covering a host of leadership and management topics.
CMM Golfbreaks-Multi-Device-Graphic“The CMM business goes much deeper than just recruitment,” added Wood. “We are constantly approached by clients that have genuine issues around the management of individuals and how to get the best out of teams. The Insights section is designed to address these issues with practical and, hopefully, valuable leadership advice.”
As part of CMM’s growth plan, it will also launch a ‘Graduate Programme’ initiative over the coming months, designed to give university leavers, interested in pursuing a career in golf, a structured and well-managed entry into the industry.
