Amazing opportunity for an experienced Golf Club General Manager to oversee the dayto-day management of one of the finest golf clubs in Asia.

Job Purpose:

To manage the daily operation of the Club and achieve optimum profit through the attainment of operational and marketing goals; whilst maintaining the Thai Country Club standards and brand reputation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Formulate overall business plan and ensure implementation to achieve ROI targets.
  • Oversee the appointment, direction and control of key functional and operational executives in their achievement of business objectives.
  • Direct the overall business development / marketing effort to ensure maximum yield is achieved, ensuring market segments are correctly targeted and the group’s image is vibrantly portrayed.
  • Maintain good relations with owners, club members and local community.
  • Oversee financial and budget control.
  • Cultivate and nurture a strong service mind set amongst team members.
  • Manage the sales & marketing of memberships and maintain a consistent rate of new members.
  • Provide an employment environment ensuring employees perceive the Club as the most soughtafter employment opportunity in the area and that they show full commitment with their work.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate operating concepts in the Club’s facilities to appeal to various
  • market segments and achieve a competitive advantage over competitors.
  • Develop a balance of golfers to take advantage of the demand from non-members whilst ensuring members’ access is not compromised.
  • Develop a management process that balances the highest service standards with efficiency, cost consciousness and delivers exceptional service through a systematic process of continuous
  • improvement, consistent with Thai Country Club’s operational standards and philosophy.
  • Maintain the general upkeep and maintenance of the Club

Remuneration: A salary and benefits package commensurate with the importance and seniority of this role will be offered.
