- Reports to: Head Teaching Professional
- General Purpose: Deliver full time, dedicated golf instruction. Support total business growth, provide strong online content.
- Essential Duties:
- To deliver exceptional golf instruction on a full-time basis
- To provide vast online content that drives business development and engagement
- To showcase strong business development acumen
- Drive the lady’s program and junior development program
- To deliver all forms of instruction (1-1, group, corporate etc)
- To achieve budget expectations
- To support and train the front office / reservation team where needed. To use this resource to support diary management
- To manage diary professionally and constantly
- To support with special requests from the business and ownership (the role will include certain FOC, big picture instruction)
- To create exceptional rapport and relation with clients and with fellow team members
- To follow all business SOP’s and support SOP evolution
- To have exceptional time management skills
- Able to manage and engage with owners and VIP’s
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (Multi-course facilities may require more experience).
- Language Skills: May be required: to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, and legal documents, to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. To effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Mathematical Skills: May be required: to calculate figures and statistical inference; to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Reasoning Ability: May be required: to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Physical Demands: Regularly stands, walks and sits. Occasionally climbs or balances; stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Frequently uses hands to finger feel or handle; reaches with hands and arms. Frequently talks or hears; tastes or smells. Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
- Vision Requirements: Regularly uses close, distance, color, and peripheral vision as well as depth perception. Ability to adjust focus.
- Environment/Noise: Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
- Certificates/Licenses: Class A member of PGA/LPGA (or in training).

- Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates are required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system.
