Regional Sales Manager – Thailand

Main Role Responsibilities:

  • Achieve order and shipment targets for both complete carts and spare parts as assigned month by month for designated territories
  • Create and execute sales plan to achieve profitable growth for assigned territories
  • Optimize channel network to enhance effective coverage to achieve growth for golf and non-golf segments
  • Engage, manage and support channel partners day-to-day to achieve business results and market share growth through effective product communications, executing business solutions, problem-solving, key accounts and projects follow up, branding activities etc
  • Effectively communicate and execute channel related policies and processes to channel partners to ensure smooth business operation
  • Effective pipeline project management, timely forecast communications
  • Work with finance and CX team to ensure timely collection of payments, communicate and coordinate across internal team to ensure business solutions executed
  • Teamwork with leadership and function teams, ensure timely feedbacks on markets, products, competition, dealerships, daily operation issues etc
  • Represent Club Car to work with regional golf and non-golf associations etc. to strengthen Club Car presence and branding in the industries
  • Travel Frequency: at least 40%

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or business management

Experience:

  • Fluent in English, fluent in Thai, Malay, Chinese language will be preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience on channel management and project sales or business development, proven solid tracking record
  • Solid experience in SEA countries, Thailand, Vietnam market experiences preferred
  • Preferred background in machinery and equipment, vehicles and components, golf and resort industries
  • Golfer preferred
  • Strong business acumen, sales execution capability, good at business presentations and market analysis
  • Result-oriented mindset, Good at problem-solving flexibly, positive, proactive and resilient
  • Good interpersonal skills, enjoy socializing and build new relationships
  • Enjoy independent working, like remote and diverse working environments, eager to learn, self-disciplined and self-motivated

  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding channel management and development skills, customer relationship building skills, negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong presentation skills, great teamwork capabilities, good at building positive relationships with key stakeholders.
