What you’ll do
- Build clear, actionable plans by country and execute them with local teams and distributors.
- Earn trust with client decision-makers; discuss turf health, maintenance windows and realistic solutions.
- Support in-country sales with training, field demos and clear tools.
- Plan introductions and promotions; keep product mix/pricing sensible for local conditions.
- Keep regular, clear updates for regional leaders and manufacturing partners.
Who you are
- Hands-on turf credentials as a superintendent or agronomist; comfortable “talking shop” with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport through your knowledge, experience and presence.
- Experience with manufacturers/distributors or selling to the sector is highly regarded.
- Proven cultural agility; influence without direct line control.
- Strong planner/finisher; balances technical needs with commercial goals.
- Strong established relationships in the golf industry.
- A positive outlook, can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
