DLF Golf & Country Club is seeking an ambitious and technically capable Assistant Course Superintendent to join its course leadership team in Gurugram, India.
Set across approximately 200 acres, the Club is home to the 18-hole Gary Player Signature Course and a floodlit nine-hole Arnold Palmer Course. Its championship venue has hosted the Hero Indian Open, Hero Women’s Indian Open, Johnnie Walker Classic and International Series India, placing the successful candidate within one of the highest-profile golf environments in the region.
The Club forms part of DLF, India’s largest publicly listed real estate company, and sits at the centre of the prestigious DLF5 Golf Links residential and lifestyle precinct. This wider organisational setting brings substantial scale, investment and high expectations around presentation, service and operational accountability.
Reporting to Course Superintendent Steven Johnson, the Assistant Course Superintendent will help translate agreed agronomic and operational plans into disciplined daily execution. The role will supervise defined areas of the course workforce, contribute to major improvement projects and play an important in the overall leadership responsibility for course maintenance operations.

About you
You are likely to be an Assistant Course Superintendent or senior assistant at a strong golf facility, or a Superintendent within a smaller or less complex operation who is ready to step into a larger and more technically demanding environment.
