Sante Fe Springs, California, United States: Trojan Battery has introduced self-heating battery technology in the Lithium OnePack S2.

This new innovation from Trojan is designed to simplify lithium battery use in colder temperatures and allow for longer rides and less work to stay active in the cold.

With self-heating technology, cart owners can enjoy more time on the move without being restricted by lithium in low temperatures or the need to plug in to warm the battery.

The OnePack S2 48V 105Ah Self-Heating Lithium Battery delivers a smart design that features various automatic cut-off points, allowing the battery to heat itself while still retaining enough power for long trips.

Self-heating lithium battery activates when temperatures drop, without external power.

Built on the proven OnePack 48V 105Ah platform, the OnePack S2 delivers next-level performance and versatility. It features fully automatic self-heating technology that activates when cell temperatures fall below 34°F (1°C).

Unlike systems that require external power to begin heating, the OnePack S2 can self-regulate, even when it is not plugged in. When connected to wall power, the heating element draws energy from the wall rather than the battery, giving the user options to get the most out of their battery.

The self-heating OnePack S2 also carries all the reliability, safety, and ease-of-use features as the rest of the S2 line, including over-the-air firmware updates, an IP67 Ingress protection rating, additional safety features to ensure peace of mind, efficient internal components to maximize range, and a now transferable 10-year warranty.
