Hong Kong SAR, China: The LPGA Tour is set to return to Hong Kong following a 51-year absence. The limited field Futu Ladies World Championship Presented by Moomoo will be staged at The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club from March 4-7, 2027.

The first LPGA Tour event in Hong Kong since 1976, the US$3.4 million Futu Championship will act as the concluding leg of the LPGA’s 2027 spring Asia swing, following on from the Honda LPGA Thailand and the HSBC Women’s World Championship in Singapore.

A strategic partnership between the LPGA, moomoo, SMK and title sponsor Futu Holdings Limited, the Futu Championship aims to create opportunities to support youth golf in Hong Kong while promoting the women’s game throughout the Greater Bay Area and across Asia.

LPGA Commissioner Craig Kessler said: “Our fans across Asia have always been some of the most passionate in the world and going to strong markets that match that energy matters to us. We couldn’t be more excited to bring the Tour to Hong Kong.
