London, England: Golf Genius has announced the launch of its mobile Club App for simulator golf venues, a customised solution that connects venue management, player engagement and simulator handicapping within a single digital eco-system.

Following the successful launch of its enhanced Club App for international golf clubs in November 2025, Golf Genius has customised the technology to support simulator golf environments seamlessly. The solution moves venues beyond ‘one-off’ bay bookings by creating connected experiences that encourage repeat visits, build player communities and generate recurring revenue all year round.

As simulator golf continues to rapidly expand around the world, venue operators face increasing pressure to convert casual visitors into long-term customers. While simulator hardware has transformed the player experience, facilities are now prioritising investment in digital infrastructure to drive deep engagement and build long-term player participation.

Available within Golf Genius Tournament Management, the SIM Golf Club App fully supports this business goal by providing simulator golf operators with a dedicated, customisable platform that connects players to every aspect of the venue experience. Through the app, golfers can register for leagues and events, pay and manage their membership, book simulator bays and golf coaching, and engage with fellow players, all within a single mobile experience.

A key component of the launch is Golf Genius’ new SIM Golf Handicap Service; a dedicated handicapping solution designed specifically for off-course golf environments, without restriction to any given simulator technology. This new service enables venues to automatically calculate, update and manage player handicaps based on simulator rounds, creating competition that is more equitable while at the same time offering a more engaging experience for golfers of all abilities.
