Scottsdale, Arizona, United States: Troon has appointed Deane Ilukowicz as the company’s new Chief Human Resources Officer. Ilukowicz will lead Troon’s global human resources team, supporting the company’s 35,000-plus associates across 45 states, 40 countries and multiple brands.

She will be based at Troon’s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Ilukowicz has 30-plus years of experience in building and transforming global HR organisations that enable growth, operational excellence, and strong culture. She most recently served as the Chief People Officer for Scottsdale-based TPI Composites.

Throughout her career, Ilukowicz has led the HR teams at several large organisations, including Vice President of Organisational Effectiveness at TransUnion, Chief Human Resources Officer for Hypertherm, as well as senior level HR roles at financial services and manufacturing companies.

Ilukowicz has an MBA from Wake Forest University and her bachelor’s degree in social and behavioural science from The Johns Hopkins University. She also served as a trustee for the Community College System of New Hampshire and provides free HR consulting to non-profit organisations.
