The promotions come as part of Troon’s steady growth across all sectors of the golf and hospitality industries, and as part of a focused effort to drive continued Food & Beverage performance and innovation throughout the portfolio.

Troon, the world’s largest golf and hospitality management company, continues to invest in its workforce, while rewarding the achievements of current team members.

Troon Associates recently promoted include:

  • Tom Bannwart has been promoted to Senior Director of F&B. Bannwart came to Troon with the Indigo acquisition in 2021 and has held a highly impactful role out of Troon’s Reston, Virginia office. He possesses great depth of expertise in both F&B and operations.
  • Jerome Louie joins the Troon Corporate F&B leadership team as a Senior Director of F&B following a 15-year history with Troon in club operations and recent stints as interim general manager at multiple properties. He will be based out of Troon’s office in Jupiter, Florida.
  • Jessica Toy has been promoted to Corporate F&B Manager. Toy is transitioning from her highly successful role as part of the Troon F&B Task Force where she helped manage key food and beverage projects at Indian Wells Golf Resort and The Club at Starr Pass at crucial points of inflection, delivering tremendous, lasting results. Toy joined the Troon team last year and is based out of the Reston office.

She will continue to be based out of Troon’s Fort Myers office.

“Congratulations to each of these individuals on their well-deserved advancements,” said Ed Doyle, Executive Vice President, Food & Beverage at Troon, an Executive Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.

“We look forward to their continued contributions to the F&B team, our clients and the Troon organisation,” added Doyle.
