Club Car Powers Perfect Ending at VCO

Club Car VCO1

Shanghai, China: The 30th Volvo China Open (VCO) successfully concluded last weekend, marking a major milestone for professional golf in China.

As the official vehicle partner of the event, Club Car once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence by providing a full fleet of high-performance vehicles, ensuring the smooth operation at one of Asia’s most prestigious tournaments.

China’s first DP World Tour event of the year, the 2025 Volvo China Open boasted a prize purse of US$2.5 million, making it one of the most lucrative professional tournaments in mainland China.

After four days of intense competition, it was appropriate that victory should go to Wu Ashun, who hails from Shanghai. With a brilliant closing 65, he surged through the field and set the clubhouse target of 14-under, which no one could match. It was Wu’s fifth DP World Tour title and his second triumph in the Volvo China Open.

Also shining throughout the week at Enhance Anting Golf Club were Club Car’s latest models, including the upgraded Tempo Li-Ion V, the Villager, the Transporter, and the versatile Carryall series.

These vehicles were fully deployed across the course, proving essential in transporting players, supporting medical teams, delivering supplies, conducting maintenance, and shuttling personnel.

Club Car’s global reputation for excellence is no coincidence. As a trusted partner at professional tournaments, Club Car elevates both the operational quality and participant experience.

Its high-end, professional, and safety-first image resonates perfectly with the elite status of world-class golfers, enhancing the premium atmosphere of the tournament and boosting its international profile.

In the broader global market, Club Car plays a critical role across various industries. Known for their stylish design, spacious interiors, intuitive operation, and high efficiency, Club Car vehicles are a staple in resorts, schools, residential communities, airports, and commercial venues, enhancing service quality and operational efficiency wherever they are used.

Today, Club Car stands as a global leader in sustainability and electrification. With millions of golf carts, multi-passenger vehicles, and utility vehicles already serving end-users around the world, the company continues to lead the charge toward low-carbon, eco-friendly mobility.

Looking ahead, Club Car remains committed to developing zero-emission vehicles and diverse mobility solutions, working hand-in-hand with golfers and enthusiasts worldwide to promote the high-quality development of the sport.
