Scottsdale, Arizona, United States: Troon has named Shannon Landers, a club industry veteran, as a Director of Business Development.
In her new role, Landers will be responsible for generating new business in the form of professional management agreements, advisory services opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
A resident of Phoenix, Arizona, Landers boasts more than 10 years of industry experience in sales and marketing leadership positions, most recently serving as the Membership and Marketing Director for Phoenix Country Club, a Troon Privé-managed club.
Landers previously worked within the Troon organisation serving as Golf Sales Manager at The Phoenician Golf Club in Scottsdale and Director of Group Sales at a managed daily-fee facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A graduate of Grand Canyon University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business/Corporate Communications, Landers also spent 11 years working at her alma mater, serving as Director of Campus Visitation and Event Services.

Landers joins the Troon Business Development Team comprised of 17 executives whose collective expertise is the benchmark for creating and executing strategies to enhance the adoption and growth of professional management within the club industry.
