IGTM Lisbon Schedule Unveiled

Lisbon is the venue for this year’s IGTM.

Lisbon, Portugal: This year’s International Golf Travel Market (IGTM) is set to introduce innovative experiences and fresh opportunities for networking and business growth.

To be held from October 14-17, the event will start with the IGTM 2024 Golf Day, which offers delegates the chance to network with the industry peers while enjoying some of Lisbon’s finest golf courses.

IGTM has chosen four courses to host the event – Aroeira Pines Classic (formerly known as Aroeira I), Bom Sucesso, Dolce CampoReal and Penha Longa.

To maximise networking potential, participants will be strategically allocated to different courses to ensure a balanced mix of buyers, media and exhibitors at each location.

This year, IGTM will be hosting the welcome and closing receptions at two distinct venues in the city. The Welcome Party will kick off the event at Estufa Fria, an iconic location that captures the vibrant spirit of Lisbon, offering delegates an opportunity to reconnect and make new connections.

Meanwhile, the Closing Party will take place at Tejo Hall, a venue renowned for hosting large-scale events, including art exhibitions, concerts, and conferences in a distinctive industrial setting that reflects Lisbon’s maritime heritage, to celebrate the week’s successes.

Adding a flavourful twist to this year’s IGTM, lunches will be available outside of its venue, Feira Internacional de Lisboa, by a curated selection of international food trucks.

Not only will this update provide attendees with diverse and convenient dining options, but it will also serve as an opportunity to network in a vibrant, open-air setting.

This year’s edition is set to feature many new exhibiting brands. Among the highlights include Basque Country Tourism and Golf in Greater Madrid from Spain.

Trump International Scotland, Murrayshall Country Estate and Jetlogic will be representing some of Scotland’s luxury golf experiences. DMCs Exquisite Group from New Zealand and China Golf Package will be present for the first time this year.

Buyers and media will also have the opportunity to meet with Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, a luxury Tuscan product offering exclusive access to a private on-site golf course.
