London, England and New York, United States: Ahead of its next visit to Asia in early May, LIV Golf has announced a quintet of new executive hires.
David Phillipps has joined as Chief Financial Officer, while Ross Hallett and Katie O’Reilly have been named as EVP, Head of Events and EVP, Head of Team Business Operations respectively.
Tim Taylor has been appointed to a new EVP role and will also lead LIV Golf’s London office, and Pam Sacree has been named Head of Human Resources.
All of these new executive positions will be based in either LIV Golf’s New York or London offices and will start working over the coming weeks.

LIV Golf’s 2024 schedule features events in eight different countries. Last month, Hong Kong Golf Club staged the inaugural LIV Golf Hong Kong while next month sees the return of LIV Golf Singapore for a second consecutive season at Sentosa Golf Club.
Phillipps joins LIV Golf from the Equinox Group, where he was Chief Financial Officer of the global collective of luxury lifestyle brands including Equinox, Equinox Hotels, Soul Cycle and Blink Fitness.
He previously served as the SVP of Finance at Endeavor, the global entertainment and sports company, which includes the talent agency William Morris (WME), IMG and the UFC. He also served Starwood Hotels as the CFO of both the Americas and Europe, Africa, and Middle East divisions.
Hallett, meanwhile, most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Golf Events EMEA for IMG. During more than 26 years in the industry, he’s managed golf tournaments for each of the main golf Tours and in every major territory around the world.
Hallett will report to Burian and will be responsible for leading world-class and innovative event delivery for all LIV Golf and International Series tournaments across the globe, including the development of events in new and emerging markets.
