Dykstra is a Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) and Director of Agronomy and Facilities at White Mountain Country Club in Arizona and also serves on the Board of Directors for the GCSAA.

He also previously served as President of the Nebraska Golf Course Superintendents Association and Secretary/Treasurer of the West Virginia Golf Course Superintendents Association.

Easterbrook became the PGA of America’s first Chief Member Officer in 2017 and is a 35-year PGA member. Before joining the PGA staff, Easterbrook spent 20 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Troon.

“Doug and John bring a wealth of experience in the golf industry that will help the Foundation advance our mission,” said Jeff L. White, GCSAA Foundation President.

“We look forward to Doug and John providing their insights as the Foundation works to fund critical programmes and research leading to innovation that ensures the long-term sustainability of golf courses and the business of golf,” added White.

The GCSAA Foundation secures funding and support to strengthen advocacy, education, and research that advances the work of golf course management professionals. It was founded in 1955 as the Scholarship & Research Fund for GCSAA.

The current Board also includes TA Barker (GCSAA Vice President), Paul Carter (GCSAA Secretary/Treasurer), Emily Palmer (USGA) and Paul Vermeulen (PGA Tour).
