London, England: Club Car has extended its long-standing alliance with the DP World Tour. The agreement will see Club Car, the world’s largest manufacturer of small-wheel, zero-emission electric vehicles, remain as an Official Supplier to the DP World Tour.

Club Car has been a supplier to the Tour since 1999 and its vehicles are vital to the staging of DP World Tour events around the globe. The vehicles are used to support numerous aspects of tournament operations and logistics from rules to television production.

“We are very proud of our long and successful relationship with the DP World Tour,” said Marco Natale, Vice President EMEA at Club Car, an Executive Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.

“It gives us the opportunity to showcase the quality, versatility and reliability of our vehicles, demonstrating why we are a market leader in the golf market,” added Natale.

Max Hamilton, Group Commercial Director of the DP World Tour, said: “Club Car has been a trusted partner for over two decades and their products are vital to the smooth operation of our tournaments.

“Their global distribution network and excellent local support service make them the ideal partner for a Tour that plays in 24 countries. We look forward to continuing our working relationship.”

With more than 60 years of experience of innovation and design in producing small-wheel vehicles, Club Car is a leading manufacturer of gas and electric golf, utility and personal transportation vehicles.

Founded in 1958, the Club Car product portfolio has grown to include much more than golf cars, now encompassing vehicles for commercial and consumer markets.

As an industry leader in electrification and sustainability, Club Car is at the forefront of environmentally responsible Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) technologies.
