John Deere Extends Partnership with LPGA

Moline, Illinois, United States: John Deere and the LPGA have announced a new multi-year partnership. With the extended agreement, John Deere remains the Official Golf Course Equipment Supplier of the LPGA Tour, amplifying the LPGA efforts to strengthen the female presence in the game of golf.

“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with John Deere, reinforcing our shared commitment to advancing women in golf and delivering top-notch playing experiences worldwide for our athletes,” said Nicole Metzger, Chief Sales and Partnerships Officer at the LPGA.

“As John Deere remains the Official Golf Course Equipment Supplier of the LPGA Tour and further enhances their support as the Official Sponsor and Equipment Supplier for the 2024 Solheim Cup, we are excited to collaborate closely with them even more,” she added.

John Deere has also signed on as the Official Golf Course Equipment Supplier of the 2024 Solheim Cup at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia.

The LPGA and John Deere will work closely with Robert Trent Jones Golf Club agronomists to produce exceptional playing conditions, using industry-leading John Deere golf course management equipment and technology solutions.

John Deere previously supported golf course management for the 2019 and 2021 Solheim Cups, which were contested at Gleneagles PGA Centenary Course and Inverness Club, respectively.

“It has been an incredible past three years working with the LPGA team,” said Manny Gan, Global Director of Golf at John Deere, an Executive Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.

“We are honoured to continue our relationship and look forward to supporting the upcoming 2024 Solheim Cup, underscoring our commitment to providing an exceptional playing experience at the top courses around the world while continuing to empower women in the game of golf.”
