Melbourne, Australia: Toro Australia has announced Ventrac distribution and confirmed that it will exhibit at the upcoming Australian Sports Turf Management Trade Exhibition.

In 2020, The Toro Company announced the purchase of Venture Products Inc, from Ohio, United States, the manufacturer of the innovative line of Ventrac-branded tractors and attachments. Distribution of Ventrac Products in Australia remained unchanged at the time.

Toro Australia has now announced that it will start selling and servicing Ventrac tractors and attachments direct to customers in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and Northern Queensland only.

All sales and enquiries in New South Wales and South Eastern Queensland will continue to be handled by the existing Ventrac distributor.

Brian Goodridge, Toro’s Equipment Product Manager, said that Ventrac is an innovative brand of equipment for golf course turf management, sports fields, school campuses, residential and commercial property maintenance, public green spaces, and agricultural uses.

Goodridge said: “Tractors have articulating frames to make going around obstacles easier, and the products are able to tackle hills up to 30-degree slopes. This means you can get to those places you never thought a ride-on machine could mow.

“Over 30 different attachments are available for Ventrac tractors and these attachments attach or detach quickly without the use of tools. This really maximises what can be done with just one machine.

“We are pleased to be able to offer these innovative products locally and look forward to offering our customers the same sales and support services they already get from Toro Australia,” he said.

Toro’s range of Ventrac Products will be showcased on Stand 26 at the Australian Sports Turf Management Exhibition in Melbourne on June 22-23.
