Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, United States: Club Caddie, a subsidiary of Jonas Software, and a leading provider of cloud-based, management software systems for golf courses and country clubs, has announced a strategic partnership with GolfBack.

A technology company that is headquartered in Orlando and offers revenue management and automated marketing services in the golf industry, GolfBack was established as a subsidiary of Brown Golf Management in 2020.

GolfBack’s turnkey reservation suite gives golf course operators direct control over how they interact with local golfers, how customer data is collected, and how their tee times are priced on a day-to-day basis.

The platform helps golf courses drive direct tee times, offer customers ‘daily steals’ and instant rewards, collect more customer data, and market directly to customers.

“The proprietary marketing and revenue management tools that we’ve developed for Brown Golf’s portfolio of 27 golf courses work seamlessly with Club Caddie’s industry-leading golf course management suite,” said John Brown, CEO of Brown Golf Management.

“The Club Caddie and GolfBack integration results have been astounding. Case studies are showing total green and cart revenue up 20%, online rounds up 50% and data collection up 37% year-over-year.”

Club Caddie was founded by former golf course owners and offers a single programme featuring point of sale, tee-sheet, event and activity management, customer and member management, accounting, and business intelligence reports, among other tools.

They also offer mobile applications and websites. Club Caddie’s unique combination of integrated modules enables the programme to handle any technology needed for the operation of daily fee golf courses, resorts, and country clubs.

“Our team’s core competence is building best-in-class software to operate a golf course,” said Jason Pearsall, CEO, and co-founder at Club Caddie.

“The partnership with GolfBack enables us to focus our efforts on what we do best, while immediately offering our clients advanced revenue management tools like dynamic pricing and the full-service marketing expertise of one of the most respected management companies in the golf industry. We couldn’t ask for better partners,” added Pearsall.

Club Caddie and GolfBack will be sharing vendor booth 3917 at the annual PGA Merchandise Show (January 25-28) in Orlando.
