Singapore: With lofty goals of becoming a leading golf destination in Singapore and growing the game for the next generation, Five Iron Golf has reached a notable milestone with the opening of its first international location in the Lion City.

The brand, which has recently secured a US$30 million investment from Callaway Golf Company, is driven to elevate and re-shape golf culture through inclusivity and accessibility.

Since its founding in 2017, Five Iron Golf has expanded to nine US locations, spanning from New York City to Las Vegas. Along the way it’s built a reputation as a premier indoor golf and entertainment destination in America.

The launch of Five Iron Golf Singapore, featuring state-of-the-art TrackMan simulators, spearheads the company’s global expansion.

The facility aims to provide avid golfers, entertainment seekers, and everyone in-between the opportunity to enjoy a top-of-the-line experience in a modern, urban atmosphere.

Yuka Kasahara, Five Iron Golf Singapore Co-Owner, said: “As an urban city with a strong golf community, Singapore was a natural first international location for Five Iron Golf.

“We have created a space that will meet the requirements of the most sophisticated golfer while also entertaining those that are new to the game. Our goal is to become the leading golf destination in the city and to grow the game for the next generation.”

Jared Solomon, Five Iron Golf’s Co-Founder and CEO, hailed the first of what may grow into a string of facilities across Southeast Asia.

He said: “We have worked tirelessly since day one to establish Five Iron Golf as the gold standard in indoor golf and entertainment, a place where the customer experience is second to none.

“For our first international location, we knew partnering with a team who understands our brand and our obsession with customer service was paramount. The Singapore team embodies the Five Iron spirit in every way, and we are excited to further our mission in a unique and exciting new market.”

Open seven days a week from 7 am to midnight, Five Iron Golf Singapore boasts a 7,000 square foot space in the heart of the Central Business District. Seven spacious bays are equipped with TrackMan golf simulators featuring multiple high-speed cameras to capture every angle of the golf swing.
