West Palm Beach, Florida, United States: Greg Norman Real Estate has announced a partnership with residential property developer and home builder Sekisui House to build the first Norman Estates residences in Australia.

The exclusive residential community in Gledswood Hills, Sydney will bring Sekisui House’s premier SHAWOOD home design, construction, and proprietary technology together with the global luxury lifestyle philosophy of Norman Estates.

Set to launch this year, the new US$300 million master-planned development will include 190 free-standing and attached terrace homes with lifestyle amenities.

Surrounded by idyllic green parklands and commanding views over the adjoining Greg Norman signature nine-hole short course, the enclave includes an exclusive resident-only clubhouse lounge, gymnasium, tennis court, and resort-style pool.

The new Sydney community is set on a 17-hectare site, overlooking the golf course and nature reserves. The boutique collection of homes are all purposefully designed on over-sized lots, with most including four to five bedrooms, home automation and integrated lifestyle technology, multiple living rooms and alfresco entertaining areas.

Located within the cosmopolitan destination of South West Sydney, just 45 kilometres from the Sydney CBD, the area presents a growing lifestyle hub with prime housing market potential.

A pre-public offering sales process is underway for Sekisui House’s VIP database. A public launch is earmarked for October.
