London, England: Club Car, the world’s largest manufacturer of small-wheel electric vehicles, has appointed Farol Ltd as a United Kingdom dealer for its commercial range.
Established in 1976, Farol is a family-run business distributing machinery and equipment for golf course maintenance, agriculture, construction and gardening. Its headquarters are in Oxfordshire, and it has five more depots throughout the UK.
Club Car’s industry-leading commercial range includes its famous Carryall series of versatile utility vehicles, widely used at golf venues all over the world, and the Villager model, designed to transport groups of people and used in some of the world’s biggest resorts, airports and theme parks.
“Farol is a dynamic, innovative company that’s well placed to serve customers with our range of market-leading utility and transport vehicles and deliver the highest level of aftersales service and support,” said Andy Bourke, Regional Manager UK & Ireland & Nordics, for Club Car, an Executive Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.
“This new partnership will allow Club Car to further strengthen our position in key markets as well as expanding into new markets,” added Bourke.
