Media Outreach Best Practices on PGA Show Connects Agenda

Norwalk, Connecticut, United States: PGA Show Connects, a year-round, interactive virtual community of premium golf industry content, digital business sourcing and professional networking programmes, will present a free exhibitor webinar addressing media outreach best practices.

To be held at 2 pm (US Eastern Time) on Wednesday (September 23), registration is complimentary for all golf-related suppliers and vendors at pgashow21.com/PGAShowConnects

The ‘Do’s and Don’ts of Media Outreach’ webinar features David Dusek, Senior Writer at Golfweek, and Britany Romano, Associate Editor at Golf Digest

Designed for marketing and public relations professionals, this complimentary webinar shares media insights on utilising trusted editorial coverage to effectively reach a target audience, create demand for a product and grow business.

Dusek writes primarily about technology, PGA Tour analytics and golf equipment. He has worked at 39 Major championships and appeared as an analyst on The Today Show, The Dan Patrick Show, Larry King Live, Campbell Brown, CNBC’s Power Lunch and numerous radio shows.

While writing for GOLF Magazine, he wrote the story that won the 2006 ASME National Magazine Award in the Leisure Interests category, becoming the first golf writer to earn the distinction. He lives with his wife, son and daughter in Connecticut.

Romano covers style, product and lifestyle topics. She’s also helped launch the brand’s online storefront Golf Digest SELECT and affiliate marketing programme. Passionate about making golf more welcoming, she believes the apparel industry can help move the needle.

The ‘Do’s and Don’ts of Media Outreach’ webinar is part of the PGA Show Connects twice-monthly series of webinars, which provides free access to live and on-demand education and insights from industry leaders.

Participants are able to connect directly to webinar speakers with question and answer sessions and real-time polling, accessible on any browser and any device.
