Biral Welcomes New Addition to Marketing Team

Bristol, England: Meteorological equipment specialist Biral has added to its in-house marketing team with the appointment of Amy Sear as its new Marketing and Communications Officer.

Sear has joined Biral after spending almost nine years in the charity sector working for the Meningitis Research Foundation and Shaw Trust where she was responsible for looking after PR, print, digital media, design, internal communications and events.

There the marketing was aimed at a range of audiences including medical, large corporations and the scientific community, the latter providing particular experience for working in her new role at Biral.

Sear brings with her more than 20 years’ marketing expertise and an ability to adapt to the marketing and communications tasks required within a variety of sectors. She is looking forward to the new challenge of promoting the innovative products which Biral designs and manufactures and assisting the on-going growth of Biral in world markets.

Established in 1975 Biral, an Associate Business Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation, is a leading manufacturer of meteorological instruments and supplies the international market with one of the largest ranges of products available.

Its scope extends from sensors to measure wind, temperature, precipitation, visibility, solar radiation and other standard parameters to present weather sensors and complete weather stations.

The company’s products can be used across a diverse number of applications in the aviation, oil and gas, marine and wind energy markets as well as for roads and highways. Biral is also a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of particle analysis and climate research instruments for science, industry and the environment.
