Orlando, Florida, United States: The fourth annual Performance Textile Fair, co-located with the 2019 PGA Merchandise Show, will be held at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Centre from January 23-25.
The Fair will provide a unique marketplace for apparel product development executives to uncover the latest trends, as well as source performance and technical fabrics by international textile companies specialising in athletic and golf-related apparel materials.
The positive textile industry response to the Performance Textile Fair in its first few years resulted in the successful launch of the first US Functional Fabric Fair Powered by Performance Days last July when 1,159 apparel industry attendees from 31 countries sourced high-performance, functional fabrics and accessories from 70 exhibitors at the Javits Centre in New York City.
Additionally, the popular Material Science Centre will return to the Performance Textile Fair at the PGA Merchandise Show to showcase the latest fabric innovations and technologies within illuminated wall displays, while offering attendees the opportunity to touch and feel swatches from key product developers.
The 66th PGA Merchandise Show – the Major of Golf Business – is expected to welcome some 1,000 top golf companies and brands and more than 40,000 industry professionals from around the world to the industry’s annual global summit for the business of golf.
The PGA Show Demo Day, the world’s largest professional golf testing event, will be held on January 22, at the Orange County National Golf Centre.
During PGA Show days (January 23-25), at the Orange County Convention Centre, PGA Professionals, retailers and industry leaders will uncover the latest trends, source the newest golf merchandise, test the latest equipment, learn proven business best practices, network among peers and move forward the business of the game.
