Paul Rauker has joined Foley United as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Rauker succeeds
Brad Kautzer, who has accepted a position as CEO/President of Banner Engineering Corporation.

Prior to joining Foley United, Rauker was Vice President and General Manager of Daikin Applied’s Intelligent Solutions business which he developed from the ground up. During Rauker’s tenure at Daikin Applied, he led the team that developed, launched and commercialised Intelligent Equipment, the HVAC industry’s first IoT enabled equipment-level control solution.
Prior to Daikin Applied, Rauker worked for Honeywell and 3M in various global product management and marketing positions which included a broad range of automation and solutions for industrial machinery, HVAC, aerospace, defence, transportation and food safety end markets sold primarily to original equipment providers and distributors worldwide.
Rauker has extensive leadership experience in marketing, sales, information technology, product development, and operations as well as in supporting growth through global dealer/distributor networks. Rauker has a sharp focus on developing industrial businesses while leveraging software solutions that enhance the customer offering, sales and marketing tools and operations.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts–Dartmouth with a degree in accounting and a Masters certificate in software project management from George Washington University, Rauker was also Six Sigma trained during his tenure at 3M. Rauker’s experience in both industrial and technology centred businesses will ensure he leads Foley United to the next level in its business growth and operational excellence while making Foley United a ‘best company’ workplace.
