Sacramento, United States: Water conservation, environmental stewardship, diversity and growing the game of golf were among the topics Asia-bound Bruce Williams touched upon with legislators at the California State Capitol.
Ahead of his latest Asian sortie, Williams was invited to speak with legislators at the Sacramento landmark which acts as home to the Government of California.
As well as his role as International Marketing Manager for BRANDT/Grigg Brothers, Williams is a Board Member of the California Alliance for Golf and the Asian Golf Industry Federation (AGIF).
A regular visitor to the region, Williams will be among the keynote speakers at next week’s AGIF-organised Turfgrass Management Education Seminar at Hanoi’s award-winning BRG Legend Hill Golf Resort.
Williams, a Past President of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, will also be among the speakers at a Club Management Mini Summit to be held at the Els Performance Golf Academy, located within the master-planned Ecopark residential community on the outskirts of Hanoi.
From there, Williams will head to The Orchard Golf & Country Club in Dasmarinas City to participate in the Philippine Golf Course Management Conference.
