Bangkok, Thailand: Ben Lewis is predicting ‘a truly spectacular year ahead’ for Nike Golf.
Lewis, General Manager, Nike Golf Southeast Asia / Pacific, said in 2015 the company ‘will continue to create the world’s greatest products with insights from the world’s best golfers’, including world number one Rory McIlroy.
He said: “Our industry is challenged, and we see that as an opportunity for our brand to emerge as the trusted brand with our consumers.
“The past year has been incredibly exciting for Nike Golf, and I think the year is a sign of the energy that we will continue to drive in the upcoming year.
“We have an incredibly strong line-up of exciting new product releases in the upcoming months: the Lunar Control 3 that has been developed directly with Rory; the Vapor Metalwoods that have already seen significant success on Tour; the TW’15 shoe which is a game-changer in the Power footwear silo, and our revolutionary short-game products in our Engage Wedge and Method Converge/Method Matter Putters.
“Our SPSU15 and FAHO15 apparel line has never been better performing or better looking, and we will continue to innovate and refine the look of modern golf.
“With a focus on merchandising and retail presentation, we will not only have the best-performing apparel, but also the product line that will show up best at retail and truly inspire our consumers.”
