Golf Business Forum 2013

Tim Trinka, President of the Asian Golf Industry Federation, was in Scotland in early June as one of the panellists of the Golf Business Forum. The 3-day forum, organised by KPMG, saw the coming together of industry personalities across continents to discuss imminent topics affecting the golf industry.
Tim alongside AGIF Member Bruce Glasco from Troon Golf, were also interviewed by Gary Firkins of Landmark Media on their views on emerging markets in Asia. Gary asked them where the growth is coming from in the region, what the challenges are for international companies entering Asia, and how attitudes are set to change towards golf in China since its induction into the Olympic games. Check out this interview at https://www.golfbusinesscommunity.com/article/emerging_markets_asia.
