Inaugural AGIF Turfgrass Management Exposition 12 March 2013 – Pattaya, Thailand

A total of 13 AGIF members participated in the inaugural exposition held at Siam Country Club on 12 March 2013.
Said Dr Micah Woods of Asian Turfgrass Center,”I was pleased to see so many AGIF member companies participating…I saw many of the demonstrations and spoke with many company representatives and I was pleased at the quality of what was done and at the amount of products on display…I hope we can do this again next year!”
Participating AGIF members were equally happy with the exposition as well.

  • Tim Curnow of Hunter Industries – “The AGIF Turfgrass Management Exposition, was a big success from Hunters point of view, a great opportunity to showcase our golf products in front of so many superintendents from so many countries all in one place. Hunter Industries would certainly participate again.”
  • Terry Plemons of True-Surface – “I want to thank you for setting up the perfect place for me to demo my product with the practice green and also for scheduling a time for the customers to come watch the demonstration.”
  • George Kinkead of Turfco – “You did a great job! It was one of the better events I have attended in Asia. I really value the ability to actually show my machines and the education is so very big in getting them to attend.”
  • Danny Ferguson of Club Car – “I would like to thank the AGIF for organizing the event and giving us an opportunity to expose our products to a very wide range of potential customers. These events are a chance to showcase new products as well as existing and to address the customers who may not always be aware who we are and where we are.”
